The Bank of Georgia, as a strong private financial institution, actively continues to support business. For this purpose, in cooperation with the bank, the company "Dream Palace Development" is implementing the construction project of 5 multi-functional residential buildings in the Surrounding area of the Olympic pool.

The total cost of the mentioned project is 40 million GEL, and the investment of the Bank of Georgia is 35 million GEL.The current project takes into account the construction of two 8-story and three 7-story buildings of up to 50 000 square meter total of 5 multifunctional residential buildings.
